Re: Where to Start?

The event deck is probably the best option, they're usually fairly close to competitive. The other options are mostly just packs, and generally not worth it.

Though I would draft as well, since it's really fun and takes a bit of time to learn.

Don't, you can't make it. You should find room for a couple more secrets, though. I hear that one is good.

That's probably a better idea, I forgot that the heretic ROTA went back to 3.

Re: Frognarchs

Personally, I would chose between Snatcher and Ronin, and build around one of those two. Snatcher would have at least 10 Monarchs and 3 Snatchers, and Ronin would have only 2 Treeborns, but 3 Dupes and 2-3 Ronins. But, if you're going to go with Ronin, then Lancer is probably better.

Standard rarely does, but the last time that happened Wizards publicly apologized.

Thinking that playing chain burn/exodia/countdown is somehow the same as playing yugioh.

Re: YCG Clan Wars

I'm assuming that the extra and side count towards the 80% rule, and that we're using the Sept. TCG list.

Re: Imperial Birdman, and a bonus!

1. Yes, birdman goes to the grave.

2. No, you can't even attempt to special summon when you have Krystia on the field.
