Your Gadget and Soldier would die, but the Sniper stays there. Mist Body is what would keep the Sniper on the field, and Diffusion Wave-Motion would have no effect on that.

They stack. So, if you discarded two dragons, for instance, you would get to draw four cards in the End Phase.

A couple cheap-ish synchros that have a purpose, off the top of my head: Stardust Dragon - very useful, reprinted in 2010 tin Red Dragon Archfiend - 3000 atk is nice, reprinted in 2010 tin Gaia Knight, Force of the Earth - 2600 atk on a level 6 can kill a Stardust, is a Common. Magical Android - 240...

Personally, I think you're kind of playing with fire running that many traps and a Nobleman of Extermination, especially since lots of people will be running those traps.
