<_< Fanboy...

I'll give all the Pro's and Con's for both as far as I can think of them:

RuneScape
Pro's:
Cheap Membership (USDollar 5,- a month)
Free-play modus (wich is enough to last a long time)
Can be accessed everywhere if there is an internet connection.
Weekly updates (not always THAT good, but at least it does get updated often)

Con's:
'Bad' Graphics - It's Java-based, so it does not support to heavy on graphical department.

WoW
Pro's:
'Good' Graphics - Due to having an installation requirement it supports better graphics.

Con's:
Only accessible only with an installed client.
More expensive (how do you pay by the way?)

To pay for WoW can either subscribe so blizzard bills your bank account or be like me and buy pre-paid game cards. Go on website log into your account upload the code off the card and BOOM 2 months of play ^-^
You can't beat me for I just come back......

Post by dragonlewie » Sun Feb 24, 2008 3:48 pm

go to lummy and go to the walls were there is free bronze picks, put them in bank and get loads.
take them as a note and go to grand exchange.
sell them all for 11 gp each and they will sell strait away trust me. hope this helped
Trust in the cards, the cards have a heart, its the only way you'll ever pull a Yugi!

WoW Again

Post by YCG Admin » Wed Feb 27, 2008 1:43 pm

Actually, Me and some friends started playing again about a month ago. I've upped my old level 60 to level 67 since then. Four of us started new characters on a normal server (Nordrassil) over the weekend, figuring we would only play together and level together. The early levels go very fast, so we're up to level 7 or 8.

I have been much better this time around at limiting my play-time to keep a real life.

Peace,
Mod.

Okay sence there have been a few updates for RS I thought I would give them

Pro
-4different grafic setting and all are at least decent
-you can play free for mounths without getting bored
-membership is 5-7 dollers a month depending on what you want
-they now have a partner so that extra $2 gives you a full membership their as well
-gravestones will protect your items for a certain amount of time

Cons
-inless you have a fast computer expect major lags for a few days every month
-the free account set up hassent gotten an update sence fist of guthix(a mini-game)
-on the free server limited bank space

WoW is getting the Linch King update soon whitch will make it even more life stealing
Wow is $15

Lol I know in reviving a dead subject

I bought and installed WoW as a guy friend wanted to me to join his guild. I never actually joined though as it asked for credit card details... I don't have a credit card!

I think WoW is more fun but i agree that u need to control yourself while playing it. I dont have anything against Runescape, but i just like WoW better(my hunter has 2 swords and a rifle) :)
