How do you prefer your Pokemon?
Basically what it says in the title^. When you play pokemon games and collect pokemon and use them, are there certain requirments you have to have before you use them? Like Nature, Gender, Ability etc.
For example, I'll start
My Milotic usually has to be Modest and Female. Either ability is fine for me
My Gardevoir would have to be either Modest or Timid and also Female. However I prefer the Trace ability as Synchronize doesn't work as well no more
If I ever run Salamence, it has to be Male. Same for Pikachu, Charizard, Aegislash, and countless others
Also, when I create my Pokémon team, I actually prefer having at least 2 Females on my team and the rest Males.
So again, this is just my personal opinions, but how about you?

If I like the way they look I use them, if not I don't. I honestly couldn't care less about any of the
natures, shiny, or IV/EV training.

I just use them if they have a cool design.
I fear the day when American feminism will become less "equalism" and more female supremacy, a male president will lie to further male hatred, and society will pay much more attention to female issues than that of males. That day is today.
Re: How do you prefer your Pokemon?
I refuse to use female Pokemon. I always make sure they are male, even on Showdown.

I just catch whatever I want and use it. Doesn't matter if it's male or female unless it's a certain Pokemon like Milotic or Gardevoir that would just seem weird as a dude.

Re: How do you prefer your Pokemon?
There are only a few Pokemon that I actually care about the gender. Riley is my male Lucario that's physically built. Aurora is my female Lucario that's specially built. Then like I said in the ORAS thread, my Milotic is female. I prefer Bold nature myself.
There are a handful of other Pokemon whose male/female forms I gravitate to. Houndoom, Luxray, Steelix, Staraptor and Garchomp are examples of Pokemon that look better male. Then Ambipom, Scizor, Hippowdon, and Pyroar look better female. There are some Pokemon I prefer male or female out of an arbitrary sense of "this Pokemon looks like this gender only" (Lopunny I'm looking at you), but when I'm working for specific stats, natures, and abilities, I can let go of the gender nitpick in 99% of all cases.
