If your using it on Dueling Network, why are you worried about a budget?

Goldd and Silva at 3 is overkil. I would drop them down to 2 and add 2 Eradicator Epidemic Viruses.

More people that know about Dark Worlds will come and fix this.

drop goldd/sillva from 6 to 2 or 3, add "trance archfiend" if you are in dueling network, try foolish burial and/or monster reincarnation.. graveyard manipulation to easily get grapha

-3 Goldd
-2 Silvva

+1 Foolish Burial
+3 Dragged Down into the Grave

Would rather Dark Smogs in there instead of a couple cards but Dark Smog isn't exactly budget.

DDV is better than Epidemic IMO.

You really don't need both MST AND DWL, so take out one or the other.

Needs Foolish, Dragged Down. Trance Archfiend is good.

DDV only really works if the opponent runs plenty of weak monsters. Many decks do, but it isn't a sure thing. There isn't a deck on earth that doesn't run a lot either spells or traps. I play with both, generally, but DDV is more of a side deck choice.

I still like DDV, but it was so much better last format with Plants, GK and Sams. Decks this format are running so many Spells thats why I choose that. I guess you could just choose what you want, they are both good cards.

It doesn't matter if your opponent will always run spells or traps. This is a monster-based fformat where monster effects rule the game.

And every Tier 1 deck runs numerous amounts of weak monsters. Without monsters, how will your opponeny actually win?

Spells and Traps are for protection. As long as you have your plays while they have nothing to go off on except maybe a few spells/traps, you merely win by making aggressive pushes while maintaining your hand.

DDV can also be used much more often than EEV. If you take a look at YCS Kansas City, I don't recall seeing anyone main EEV.

There are a lot of decks that only run staple spells and traps, maybe as few as 10 total

Yes which is exactly my point. You can always play around those staple cards.

F.e. If they have torrential. Keep one monster on the board and keep poking.
If they have Dark Hole. Keep poking because sooner or later they have to play it or they loose. Then you can just play another monster.

Without monsters, they have nothing to go off on.

A question: is this to the original deck list, or are you counting any other people's suggested changes? I'm surprised to see DW Dealings at 3, along with the Upstart Goblins. And the lack of back row hate...

He's changing the OP. Speed, as can said, is of the utmost importance, hence the maxed Dealings, Upstarts, and Greeds. And you don't really need backrow hate when you're tearing apart their hands and Grapha looping.

you need backrow hate to stop anti dark traps like shadow mirror. that one card right there kills all your speed with the dark effects. your grapha loop is useless against mirror, not to mention bth will eliminate the looping quickly. just 2 examples there, not to mention solemns will hurt you as well.
