Have you looked through the entire Extra Deck? It looks as if he is just stuffing cards in there to make it 15, which is what I do in alot of decks aswell.

Pretty much what Candles said. I also, forgot to add Malefic Cyber End Dragon to the side deck. I think I forgot to do so because I put in Malefic Stardust Dragon instead.

Why don't you max out on Effect Veiler in the main deck? (For Machina)

Well, several things happened when I rebuilt this deck for the new format. At first I had two Bottomless Traps Holes and Mirror Force in the main deck because I don't have Fiendish Chains yet. I took them out to add in the two Creature Swaps, and Mind Control. My intentions for the Creature Swaps are to exchange Acid Golem for anything else once he has no materials left, or Gadgets for tuners. With Golem in mind I had two Spirit Reapers main decked, but that only left me room for one Effect Veiler. I then took out a Spirit Reaper for a second Effect Veiler. That left me with the build I have posted now. I'm testing the two Creature Swaps as is, but because I want three Effect Veilers, and the lack of truly good Creature Swap targets: I'm going to end up cutting one Creature Swap for the third Effect Veiler, or a second Spirit Reaper. In theory the Acid Golem swap might work for one turn, but no one is stupid enough to allow it to sit on the field burning them.

Once I get Fiendish Chains the deck will be very different. At that point I'll have three main decked Effect Veilers, probably two main decked Spirit Reapers, and Machina Cannon to replace Machina Force. For these changes the Creature Swaps, and Book of Moon will be side decked. Another reason for this is because I have one Maxx "C" that I am trying to get a friend of mine to trade Wind-Up Zenmaines for. If this trade goes through I will ALWAYS go for Zenmaines before Acid Golem, making the need for an in hand creature swap moot.

However, Rrght now I'm really up in the air about how I feel about this deck as a whole. It's so slow and out dated compared to the rest of the Meta that there isn't enough room in the main deck to have all that I need in it for the deck to even stand a chance. The only reason I keep going back to it is because I love the deck a lot, and either this stun build or a Malefic Geartown build is still strong enough to sack my way through my locals. No a lot of people where i'm from have money cards, and like me openly choose to run older deck just because it's what cheap, and available.

This deck will get a significant boost in power when Number 11: Big Eye comes out whenever that may be. This deck will love a spamable creature steals that comes from the extra deck :D

You could easily make space in your deck for the 3rd Veiler. In all honesty, some of the choices in your build aren't the most optimal for the deck.

For example, Gale and Grand Mole are both awesome cards. But in Machina they aren't THAT necessary to the point where you must main each of them. Same can be said about Mind Control.

If you so desire, you can...

-1 Gale
-1 Grand Mole
-1 Mind Control
+1 Effect Veiler
+2 Dimensional Prison

This would allow for more protection for the deck. :D

The Machina Gadget deck needs some tweeking. The Creature Swaps don't work as well as I had hoped.
As herp derp as the September 2010 format was, I miss the days of being able to run 16 trap cards :(
I think I might put Dimensional Prisons, Bottomless Trap Holes, and the third Effect Veiler into the main deck.
