Here is my deck build for the 2017 format, I hate links and do not plan on buying e'm. Anyway this build has 3 win conditions Vennominaga, Exodia, and the Trickstar + Droll & Lock Bird combo was wondering if this could be competitive for a regional event?

Well

You claim one of your win conditions is droll and lock bird, but it's sided. You are running 5 ways to get exodia back from the graveyard, but only 2 ways to get it there consistently. That's not even talking about the two deck themes you decided to put together...

This deck will not compete at a regional level. At all. And if you do decide to play at a regional, you will have to deal with links and master rule 4.

There are actually 5 ways to get the pieces into my grave Snake Rain is 1, Twin Twisters that's 2, and Reasoning which is 3, if I were to take out the Soul Charge for One For One then that would be 4, then you've got the Legendary Incarnate which if I've got a piece to summon him out then I could get that piece back during the end phase!

Reasoning and Snake Rain are pure minus, especially with Ash Blossom. Discarding is unreliable as well.

Lets say your opponent summons Master Peace w/ monsters and traps. How do you out that? Or how do you beat Ultimate Conductor Tyranno?

If you really want to play exodia, either go pure or try something with Treasure Panda and Sound the Retreat. But don't expect to compete with any variant of Exodia.
