Norsewemko, Beautiful Goddess of Salvation:
This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Ritual of Salvation". When this card is Ritual Summoned, select a number of face-up cards on the field (except this card) up to the number of monsters used to Ritual Summon of this card. While the selected cards are face-up on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects.

Ritual of Salvation:
This card is used to Ritual Summon "Norsewemko, Beautiful Goddess of Salvation". You must also offer monsters as a Tribute whose total Levels equal 7 or more from the field or your hand. You can remove this card in your Graveyard from play to prevent 1 face-up Ritual Monster you control from being targeted by the effects of Spell, Trap or Effect Monster Cards this turn.

Do you think Ritual monsters might make a come back (Seems kind of random to just make one new one)? I like her magic cards second effect.

Look in SOVR. There's some really handy ritual support.

Already seen a build for a pretty amazing Endymion Ritual Deck.
Also planning to make Ritual Exodia with the new support.
Looks great.

came here because of the word "beautiful" in the tittle. Quite dissapointing, considering this is OCG

It's nice that they are still willing to make Ritual Monsters, but she just doesn't seem so usefull.

I guess her Ritual Spell Card is decent since it's the only one I can think of that has an effect
other than Ritual Summoning the proper Ritual Monster.

A 2700 ATK beatstick that can't be destroyed by effects?

2700 isn't really much of a beatstick anymore.
I mean, Goyo Guardian, Dark Armed Dragon, Colossal Fighter, all much easier to get out with better effects.

Heck, run her over with Goyo and then steal her.

Not to mention, her effect is worthless unless you have other monsters on your field.
You've already Tributed 2 monsters in all likelyhood to Summon her.

If she's RFP or returned to the hand, that bypasses her effect as well.

She's a -3 unless you use Advanced Ritual Art, but using that makes you lose her Ritual Spell Card's protective qualities.

Ritual Monsters need more support if they are to be ressurected.
A spare card here and there isn't going to bring them back from the dead.

Alright, let's see...

I see Ritual Buster.
Stops your opponent from using Spells and Traps until your next Standby Phase.
But you can only use it after you've Ritual Summoned a monster.
Which means you need to wait a turn to Ritual Summon and make use of it.
Decent, but not game breaking.

There's Preparations for the Ritual, which searches out a Level 7 or Lower Ritual Monster
from your deck and a Ritual Spell Card from your Graveyard.
This I like more than Ritual Buster, as unless Macro Cosmos is out, you only need to really
carry one copy of your Ritual Spell card and keep reusing it.

Ritual Fiend Presider.
RFP it from the Graveyard as part of the Tribute for a Ritual Summon. If that Ritual Monster destroys a monster by battle, draw 1 card.
Interesting and lightens the cost of a Ritual Monster.

Ritual Fiend Releaser.
THIS card I actually like. The same as Presider, except as long as the Ritual Summoned monster remains face-up, you opponent cannot Special Summon monsters.
That actually sounds good.

I noticed they are Level 4 and Level 3 respectively.
So all this supposrt is designed for Ritual monsters Level 7 and under mostly.

While I'm into Stardust Overdrive, this set seems big on insects and Gemini and Tokens.
Genimi is expected considering the new Warrior Structure's focus, but Insects was surprising.
And the random Tokens here and there was weird.

Anyway, it does seem they made Rituals fun again, but I don't really see them being game breaking.

*grins at the thought of a new Hungry Burger Deck*
