Don't really care, the Synchro Tag is just there so that in YVD, it gets added to the Extra Deck instead of the Normal Deck.

Exactly. A Taku in hand and on field would make an insane swarm, especially with the amazing searching Tribe Assassins have atm.

Pretty OP, seeing how Stormkings rely on number of Earthen in graveyard. Plus you can just suicide Etai for pluses. I suggest it is worded like Handcuff Dragon, i.e "When this card is destroyed by battle with an attacking monster your opponent controls and is sent to the Graveyard,". Or semi upon release. Or both. :o j/k

Seems pretty balanced to me.

doesn't really change anything. Maya is the only "Tribe" card that isn't a Tribe Assassin.

Its what Akirus called a "Synchro Tuner", a monster like this that is a way to make weaker, not as good Tuners better and give it a bit more flexibility. This one follows all the clauses, and is worded exactly like the examples. And, its not really immortal because it's an Earthen, I'd be able to put more use to this guy if he was in GY rather that Extra anyway. If he's in GY, I can send him back to Extra to activate Spy or a Fusion monster's effect. If you really want to though, I'll take off the last sentence.

I don't really see how you see this as abusable with Tribute to the Heavens... TttH doesn't summon Stormkings for you, and there are far more important things to dump with TttH (like Defender and Striker, for example). It already has minimum stats, and if you have no SKs, you end up wasting a valuable drop. This card also doesn't really give you a +1 unless you chained it to Monster Reborn or something, but its not usable in both player's turns, either.

Pretty OP, seeing how Stormkings rely on number of Earthen in graveyard. Plus you can just suicide Etai for pluses. I suggest it is worded like Handcuff Dragon, i.e "When this card is destroyed by battle with an attacking monster your opponent controls and is sent to the Graveyard,". Or semi upon release. Or both. :o j/k
I'll take the first idea and also just add a LP cost to RFP it. How's that?

Once per turn, you can discard 1 monster to send 2 "Earthen" monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard.
Seems pretty balanced to me.

Hmm... ok. I just don't like "When this card is removed from the field" clause with the effect. Make it kinda immortal. Then again, considering the cost... I'm indifferent on this one. Definitely need 1 more... what's the term... fixer?
Its what Akirus called a "Synchro Tuner", a monster like this that is a way to make weaker, not as good Tuners better and give it a bit more flexibility. This one follows all the clauses, and is worded exactly like the examples. And, its not really immortal because it's an Earthen, I'd be able to put more use to this guy if he was in GY rather that Extra anyway. If he's in GY, I can send him back to Extra to activate Spy or a Fusion monster's effect. If you really want to though, I'll take off the last sentence.
Nah, I think it's ok. Stats are weak anyway.

Dislikes. Easily abusable with 'Tribute to the Heaven'. And by the look of the whole Stormkings archetype, they can easily swarm. But I don't see how to make it less OP. I suggest this at least Limit upon release, or "the effect of Earthen Trickster - Sabure can only be used once per turn" kinda like Fairy Archer's ruling.
I don't really see how you see this as abusable with Tribute to the Heavens... TttH doesn't summon Stormkings for you, and there are far more important things to dump with TttH (like Defender and Striker, for example). It already has minimum stats, and if you have no SKs, you end up wasting a valuable drop. This card also doesn't really give you a +1 unless you chained it to Monster Reborn or something, but its not usable in both player's turns, either.

OP updated with Etai's fix. And decided to add a nerf to Sabure, just in case. (Just returning an extra Earthen along with itself). SET IS FINISHED. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :D :D :D :D :D :D
