If your opponent's monster declares this card as an attack target, you can return this card to your hand to reduce all Battle Damage from that battle to 0. The controller of the monster targeted by this card's effect gains Life Points equal to that monster's ATK.

Card Text: Select 1 Level 5 or higher "Clear" monster. Remove from play "Clear" monsters in your Graveyard equal to the number of monsters needed to Tribute Summon the selected monster. You may Normal Summon that monster without Tributing this turn.

Card Name: Clear Wall
Card Type: Spell/Continuous
Card Text: If "Clear World" is not face-up on the field, destroy this card. As long as this card is face-up on the field, Attack Position "Clear" monsters cannot be destroyed by battle. Reduce any Battle Damage less than 1000 from a battle involving a "Clear" monster to 0. You can destroy this card to reduce all Battle Damage from a battle involving a "Clear" monster whose ATK is greater than 1000 to 0.

Card Name: Toon Kingdom
Card Type: Spell/Continuous
Card Text: Activate only by sending the top 5 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. This card's name is treated as "Toon World" while it is face-up on the field. You can remove from play the top card of your Deck to make a Toon Monster you control unable to be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.)

Card Name: Comic Hand
Card Type: Spell/Quick-Play
Card Text: Equip only to a monster your opponent controls. Gain control of the equipped monster. The equipped monster is treated as a Toon monster. If you do not control a face-up "Toon World", destroy this card. If this card is removed from the field, return the equipped monster to its previous controller. If your opponent does not control a Toon monster, the equipped monster can attack your opponent directly.

Card Name: Battle Fusion
Card Type: Spell/Quick-Play
Card Text: If a Fusion Monster you control battles, activate during that Damage Step. That monster of yours gains ATK equal to the ATK of your opponent's battling monster until the end of the Damage Step.

Card Name: Time Fusion
Card Type: Spell
Card Text: Remove from play 1 card in your hand and select 1 Fusion Monster in your Graveyard. During your next Standby Phase, Special Summon the selected Fusion Monster. The Special Summoned monster cannot declare an attack during the turn it is Summoned.

Card Name: Burst Impact
Card Type: Spell
Card Text: Activate only by selecting 1 face-up "Elemental Hero Burstinatrix" you control. Destroy all monsters on the field except the selected monster, and inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each monster destroyed this way. The selected monster cannot attack this turn.

Nothing wrong with this cept that Burst Return is a real card. I happen to have it IRL.

The Burst Impact thing, with Burstinatrix? I'm quite sure Wiki said it was anime-exclusive, but it's not in YVD anyway so it doesn't matter.
