I. Introduction

First Guide so go easy on me lol.

Decided since all i basically play is Fabled i would make a Fabled Guide so that others may better understand them and in hope that more people will use them. "Fabled" or "The Fabled" known as "Demon Roar God" or "Demon Roar God Beast" in the OCG though slightly different in name they are considered to be of the same Archetype.

With this I invite you to my world of Fableds.

II. Overview
Fableds revolve around Discarding each other or being Discarded in order to get their effects Similar to Dark Worlds, though the difference is Fableds will get their effects regardless of how they are Discarded. As long as the Text of the card specifically states "Discard" Fableds will get their effect. Fableds are known for spamming Synchro's and also being able to go First Turn Quasar. Also all though most are Fiend Monsters they are also Light and believed to resemble the archetypal Fallen Angels from the Bible. This is also shown in their Discarding play style as the "angels" Falling from the "Heavens" (Hand) to the grave an being reborn as a Fallen Angel. The Fabled cards are based on Mythological beasts from around the world such as Cerberus, Unicorn, Leviathan and Pegasus.

Fableds Consist of Light Fiends "Fabled" and Light Beast "The Fabled" monsters and contain 27 monsters in the Archetype though contain no Specific Spell/Trap Support.
Thes 27 monsters are:

22 effect Monsters Divided into 14 "Fabled" and 8 "The Fabled" monsters

5 Synchro Monsters divided into 3 "Fabled" and 2 "The Fabled"

As you see Fableds are a relatively Large Archetype though with no specific S/T support they rely on each other to Discard or outer support by using cards that say "Discard". Also most of the cards are actually really bad or "Send" instead of Discarding thus not giving you any effects from the Fableds that you "Send".
III. Strengths and Weaknesses
Fabled's Biggest Strength is their ability to fill the field with Synchro monsters or make Quasar in 1 Turn. They can also control really well with Unicore by controlling ur hand size to match your opponents thus negating everything they try and do. Fabled Ragin is a Pot of Greed when you have no cards in hand aswell thus giving some good Draw power to replenish your hand. They are also very Versatile, being able to be mixed with many different Archetypes give them a boost. Their Weaknesses are Removal in any form, so Torrential Tribute, Macro Cosmos, Dimensional Fissure, D.D. Crow etc, but also things like Maxx "C" can hurt aswell since they Special Summon a lot. Next problem is Hand size, since they Discard them self's you can quickly find your self without a hand if your not careful. Macro/Dimensional Fissure or other Graveyard removal is the largest problem with Fabled's since they heavily revolve around discarding cards to the Graveyard, and if you cant use it then your pretty much screwed. Another weakness is their Low Attack Power, there isn't a lot that Fabled's can run over with out Synchro summoning something to deal with the problem.

Now on to the Cards.
IV. Individual Cards

Good Fableds
Spoiler:
Image
If you control a face-up "Fabled" monster: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; add 1 "Fabled" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Fabled Grimro".
Grimro is the Searcher of the archetype as a result all ways run 3 there are a very few times when you need to run less and that all depends on the Engine you use.
Spoiler:
Image
When this card is discarded to the Graveyard, select 1 Level 4 or lower "Fabled" monster in your Graveyard, except this card, and Special Summon it.
So Fabled Krus is basically a Monster reborn, Depending on the amount of Fableds you have in the deck 2-3 is good generally 3 if you have plenty of targets.
Spoiler:
Image
You can discard 1 "Fabled" monster to the Graveyard except "Fabled Kushano" to add this card from your Graveyard to your hand.
Kusano is a Recurring Discard Outlet which is very important since it can be used over and over again. Also its essentially a 1 card Synchro/Xyz summon Since returning it to ur hand recovers the Discard and then u Summon Kushano thus only loosing 1 card if the card you Discarded Special Summons itself or another card. Also its their only lvl 3 Tuner.
Run 1-2 depends heavily on the build.
Spoiler:
Image
When this card is discarded to the Graveyard, Special Summon it.
Cerburrel is a good lvl 2 Tuner since it Special Summons itself but only necessary if you have extra discard outlets and plenty of non-tuners, run 0-3 depending on the build 2 is usually plenty.
Spoiler:
Image
During your Main Phase, you can discard 1 "Fabled" monster and Special Summon this card from your hand.
Chawa is the main Tuner being lvl 1 gives it plenty of options when it comes to Synchro's and also acts as one of the main Discard outlets for the deck. Run 3
Spoiler:
Image
When this card is discarded to the Graveyard, Special Summon it. If this card is Special Summoned this way, it gains 200 ATK and is removed from play when it is removed from the field.
Ganashia is probably the best non-tuner as it is Special Summonable and gains the 200 Atk which can sometimes be useful. Also being banished if Summoned by his effect can be abused with cards like Leviair to bring him back to the field to synch him off again later. Run 3
Decent Fableds
Spoiler:
Image
You can discard 1 card to the Graveyard to select and destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls with DEF less than or equal to this card's ATK.
Gallabas is a decent card and can be good as it has a decent effect though the atk is pretty low being only 1500. run 0-1
Spoiler:
Image
When this card is discarded from your hand to the Graveyard, Special Summon it.
Lurrie is a good way to get a lvl 1 non-tuner onto the field if you have plenty of discard outlets and depends on the build as there are better way to get lvl 1's then Lurrie as you may need extra discard outlets to use it. Run 0-3
Spoiler:
Image
When this card is discarded to the Graveyard, select 1 face-up card on the field, and destroy it.
Catsith is ok but situational as the monster it targets has to be Face-up on the field for it to destroy the card, also if your opponent hasn't got any face-up cards and you do then you have to destroy one of your own cards. Run 0-2
Spoiler:
Image
When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can discard 1 "Fabled" monster to the Graveyard to draw 1 card.
Kokkator has a decent effect acting as both a Discard outlet and allowing you to draw a card, unfortunately it has to destroy something in battle in order for its effect to work and being 1700 atk there isn't a lot out there it can run over with out atk boosts. Run 0-1
Spoiler:
Image
During your Main Phase, you can discard 1 "Fabled" monster and Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned this way, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower "Fabled" monster from your hand.
Nozoochee is probably the best lvl 2 non-tuner Fableds have as it does act as a discard outlet though the second effect is rather situational and he isn't really necessary as he can sometimes be dead in your hand. Run 0-2
Bad Fabled's
Spoiler:
Image
If this card attacks or is attacked, during damage calculation (in either player's turn): You can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard once per battle; this card gains 600 ATK during that damage calculation only.
All that needs to be said is that Ashenveil helps Fabled's in no way what so ever as he "Send's" to the grave thus not giving Fabled's their effects. Run 0
Spoiler:
Image
You can send 2 cards, except "Fabled Soulkius", from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard.
Ashenveils "Brother" Soulkius is just as bad in that he also doesn't help the Archetype at all. Run 0
Spoiler:
Image
You can Tribute Summon this card in face-up Attack Position by Tributing 1 "Fabled" monster. Once per turn, the effect of the first Normal Spell Card your opponent activates becomes "Your opponent discards 1 card". ("Your opponent" means the controller of this monster.)
You will never Tribute summon nor will you ever need too, there is absolutely no point to this card all though it does act as a Discard outlet for 1 Normal Spell its not worth it in any way as it wastes your Normal Summon and only changes Normal Spells. Run 0
Spoiler:
Image
While you have 2 or less cards in your hand, all face-up "Fabled" monsters you control gain 400 ATK.
To put it simply the atk bonus isn't even remotely worth it, not only are Fabled's not on the field long enough for the atk bonuse to actually have any effect, all Fabled monsters are relatively weak and the 400 really wont make a difference. not only that but u have tto keep your hand at 2 or less and thats just bad as you have less options in your hand. Run 0
Spoiler:
Image
If your opponent has 2 or more cards in their hand than you do, you can reveal 1 "Fabled" monster in your hand and Tribute this face-up card to select 2 Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls, and destroy them.
First ly, Topi can't be Special Summoned that makes it bad all ready, next your opp needs to have 2 or more cards in hand which is easily accomplished, but then you have to reveal a Fabled AND tribute a card that you had to Normal summon. So basically you just wasted your vital Normal summon to potentially destroy 2 S/T your opp controls, also note that it is "2" not "up to 2" meaning there has to be 2 to target in order to destroy them. Its just bad in so many ways. Run 0
Spoiler:
Image
Once per turn: You can discard any number of cards, and if you do, this card gains 1 Level and 400 ATK for each discarded card, until the End Phase.
Raven is ok but not in Fabled's, the effect is an effect discard but isn't needed as you can minus really bad if you use Raven in a Fabled deck, since if you discard too many its lvl is too high to synch off or overlay, and can be really situational and just isn't worth it. Though it is more useful in Dark Worlds. Run 0
Spoiler:
Image
Once per turn, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Level 3 "Fabled" monster from your hand.
This card is just a massive Minus, you have to "Send" 1 card so you don t want to send a Fabled as you will not get the eff. Then you get to SS 1 lvl 3 but it has to be exactly lvl 3 Fabled from your hand, so not only is it situational but you end up 3 cards outta hand only to get 2 on the field. Run 0
Spoiler:
Image
You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard to select 1 face-up "Fabled" monster you control. The selected monster is treated as a Tuner monster while face-up on the field.
You will never need this effect ever. It "Sends" itself to make 1 Fabled a Tuner, this is pointless not only is Miztoji a Tuner itself but you have plenty of tuners that can be SS'd and have a relatively high Tuner count in Fabled decks. You never need this card ever. Run 0
Spoiler:
Image
When a "Fabled" monster(s) is sent from the hand to your Graveyard, you can Tribute this card to select 1 of those monster(s) and Special Summon it.
Fabled's tend to SS themselves anyway so this has no use in the deck what so ever, also it just wastes your vital Normal Summon. Run 0
Spoiler:
Image
When this card is discarded to the Graveyard, you can Set this card in face-down Defense Position. When this card is flipped face-up, you can reveal 1 "Fabled" monster in your hand to send 1 "Fabled" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.
So it can be SS'd that's pretty good, but it gets SS'd in set position which is completely useless for you. Also this is one of the few Fabled monster that can actually Miss Timing by how its worded since it is an "When.... you can" effect. The effect to mill 1 Fabled from your deck would only have a use in a build where for what ever unknown reason you do not have Tour guide, and even then something like Foolish Burial will do the job better. Run 0
Spoiler:
Image
When this face-up card you control is selected as an attack target, you can discard 1 "Fabled" monster to negate the attack.
So atleast it discards, but if your opp has 2 monsters they are just gonna atk the Fabled that would be SS'd from the discard, provided you discarded one that would be SS'd of course. Wouldn't be so bad if it ended the Battle Phase but oh well, it isn't worth it in the slightest and just takes up space for better things. Run 0
Fabled Synchro's
Spoiler:
Image
1 "Fabled" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, if you have 1 or less cards in your hand, you can draw until you have 2 cards in your hand.
Ragin is a really good Synchro as it can be a Pot of Greed in the right situation and even has a whole deck revolving around him known as Ragin Turbo. Run 1-2
Spoiler:
Image
1 "Fabled" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
Once per turn, you can discard 1 Fiend-Type monster to draw 1 card
Valkyrus has pretty good atk being 2800 but being that he has to discard a Fiend and you run a Mix of both Fiend and Beast Fabled's he isn't really worth it. Run 0-1
Spoiler:
Image
1 "Fabled" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster.
When this card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can select up to 3 "Fabled" monsters in your Graveyard. Add them to your hand.
Leviathan has the Highest atk out of all Fabled monsters and an amazing effect that can be abused in the right build. Also being that it only needs 1 non-tuner does make it relatively easy to get out if not for the fact that it is 10*. Run 0-1
Spoiler:
Image
1 "Fabled" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
This card gains the following effect based on the number of cards in your hand:
● 0: This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.
● 3 or more: Destroy this card during the End Phase.
Kudabbi isn't bad its just not that good either. For it to not be destroyed you must have exactly 0 cards in your hand also it can still be banished by a prison or be compulsed back to the extra. In the right situation its a pretty good card but if your hand is 3 in the End Phase (yours or your opponents) it basically kills itself. Run 0-1
Spoiler:
Image
1 "Fabled" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
While you and your opponent have the same number of cards in hand, negate all Spell, Trap and Effect Monster effects activated by your opponent, and destroy that Spell/Trap/Monster.
Unicore is probably the best Fabled monster out of them all, being lvl 4 its a target for Krus if its in the grave. Also it has the Highest atk out of all lvl 4 Synchro Monsters. Also the Strongest lvl 4 in the game without a negative effect. Also has a deck that is based on it simply known as Unicore Control. It wins games on its own and I lost count of the rage quits it gets in online Yugioh like DN or YGOPro. Run 1-3, this varies from build to build but you really only need 1 since it can be brought back from the Grave with Krus, The Banish Zone with Leviair and you can allways remake it if it goes back to the extra deck.
V. Supporting Cards

As I mentioned earlier Fabled's actually have no specific S/T Support so anything that Discards can be used with them instead. But since there are a lot of Cards that can "Discard" I'm just going to post decent cards that fit well with the deck. I wont give suggested amounts in the deck for these as it is too specific on the build you run and personal choice.

Spell
Spoiler:
Image
Each player discards their entire hand, then draws the same number of cards they discarded.
Good in Heavy monster builds with lots of Fabled's that like being discarded, not so good if your running more cards that you don't want to discard then what you do want to discard.
Spoiler:
Image
Discard 1 card. Remove from play 1 face-up monster.
This is a pretty good card as it can easily get rid of a threat like Thunder King and you get the effect of the Fabled monster you discard so you don't really -1 but would probably be better sided.
Spoiler:
Image
Each player draws 1 card, then each player discards 1 card.
Dealings can help Fabled in that it gives you a draw and you can discard a Fabled, but it can be a minus if your not too careful since you are still 1 card out of hand.
Spoiler:
Image
Target 1 face-down card on the field; destroy that target, then discard 1 card.
Just as situational in Fabled's as it is in Dark worlds, if they chain the card (if its S/T) then you wont destroy it and wont be able to discard though it is better in Dark world and probably shouldnt be used in Fableds.
Spoiler:
Image
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can discard 1 card to activate 1 of these effects:
● Add 1 Level 4 or lower "Dragunity" monster from your Deck to your hand.
● Send 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.
This is great when you mix Dragunity and Fabled, as you get the search/dump for Ravine but also get the Fabled's effect.
Spoiler:
Image
Discard 1 card. Destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls.
Yes it discards, and yes it will destroy your opp's Face-Up monsters, but in general its unnecessary and Dark Hole is better.
Spoiler:
Image
Discard 2 cards, then target 1 Spell Card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand.
This is an extremely situational card as while it will get 2 Fabled effects you really want to discard 2 Fabled's for it or its just a big fat minus and isn't actually worth it.
Spoiler:
Image
Discard 1 card, then target 1 monster in your Graveyard; add it to your hand.
This is great for Re-using Grimro's and has a lot of uses in general in a Fabled deck as you can get a Fabled back to your hand and discard one getting its effect off.
Spoiler:
Image
Discard 1 card to target 1 monster on the field; destroy it.
Another card that can get around awkward things like Thunder King and get you the Fabled Monsters effect though Soul Taker would more then likely be better.
Trap
Spoiler:
Image
Discard your entire hand, then for each card you discarded to the Graveyard by this effect, add 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard to your hand.
You probably wouldn't want to use this outside of a heavy monster build with plenty of Fabled's that like being Discarded, same deal as with Card Destruction really though you can add what ever you want back to your hand from the grave and get the effects of all the Fabled's that were discarded. Provided that they weren't added back to your hand after being discarded.
Spoiler:
Image
You can activate this card when you discard from your hand. After that, each time you discard from your hand, your opponent must also discard the same number of cards from his/her hand.
With this and the right build it is easy to make your opponent Discard their entire hand, just hope your not going against Dark Worlds otherwise you are pretty much dead.
Spoiler:
Image
Discard 1 card to select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls, and remove it from play. Then, remove from play any cards in your opponent's Graveyard with the same name as that monster.
Great if your opponent uses a deck that will regularly get multiple copies of a card in the grave and have one on the field or just for Removing something you cant get rid of and getting the effect of a Fabled Monster.
Spoiler:
Image
Discard 1 card to target 1 card your opponent controls; return that target to the top of the Deck.
I personally like to use this card as it can be really good and isn't specific to monsters and it doesnt have to be Face-up, making it one of the least Situational cards and it remains chainable.
Spoiler:
Image
Discard 1 card to target 1 card on the field; destroy it.
This is also one of the least situational cards since you can also target any card on the field and destroy it.
Monster
Spoiler:
Image
FLIP: Both players discard all the cards in their hands, then draw 5 cards.
Once again a relatively situational card like Card Destruction and Beckoning Light, more or less not recommended over all though.
Spoiler:
Image
When your opponent Special Summons a monster, you can discard 1 card to Special Summon this card from your hand. Your opponent cannot remove cards from play.
Chaos Hunter is decent but situational since you have to wait for your opp to SS in order to summon it, and it only stops them from Removing cards from play, so you can still Remove from play allowing you to still use things like BLS/Chaos Sorc.
Spoiler:
Image
You can discard 1 card to target 1 card on the field; roll a six-sided die, and destroy the target unless you roll a 1 or 6.
Well Snipe is an ok card but not great over all, good that you can get multiple Discards in the same turn with the chance to destroy but not completely necessary either.
Spoiler:
Image
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 3 Fiend-Type monster from your hand or Deck. Its effects are negated, and it cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster.
This works great in Fabled's as Fabled Kushano is a target and probably the first target you want to get with Tour guide as it sets up a lot of plays in the deck, also Tour guide Grimro is a great opening hand as you can get Kushano, Search with Grirmo for Krus/random Fabled and overlay for a rank 3 putting Kushano in the grave when you detach.
Spoiler:
Image
When a monster is Special Summoned from your Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard as a Synchro Material Monster, you can Special Summon 2 "Doppel Tokens" (Warrior-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 400/DEF 400) in Attack Position.
Doppelwarrior is easy to SS from your hand with a lot of Fabled's being SS'd from the grave and can help push for the higher star Synchro's and some really nice combo's.
Spoiler:
Image
When this card is Normal Summoned, you can select 1 Level 2 or lower monster from your Graveyard, and Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position. That monster's effect(s) is negated.
Junk is another good card and you have plenty of targets usually, works especially well if you use Doppel aswell since you can do Hyper>Formula draw 2.
Spoiler:
Image
During your Main Phase: You can return this card from the field to its owner's hand. During either player's Damage Step, when a face-up LIGHT monster you control battles: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; that monster gain ATK equal to the ATK of the opponent's monster it is battling, until the End Phase.
Like over half your deck is Light monsters, do i really need to explain why you should be running this?
Spoiler:
Image
When a Level 4 or lower monster is Special Summoned, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During the End Phase of the turn this card on the field was destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can add 1 "T.G." monster from your Deck to your hand, except "T.G. Warwolf".
Same deal as with Doppel but you don't get tokens, he can help push for higher star Synchro's and being 3* is rather helpful sometimes aswell. You SS a lot of lvl 4 or lower monsters so Warwolf should rarely be dead in hand if you use him.
Spoiler:
Image
When you take damage from a card your opponent controls: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. You must control no cards to activate and to resolve this effect. When Special Summoned this way, activate the appropriate effect, based on the type of damage:
● Battle Damage: Special Summon 1 "Emissary of Darkness Token" (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 7/ATK ?/DEF ?). Its ATK and DEF are each equal to the amount of Battle Damage you took.
● Effect Damage: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the amount of damage you took.
Gorz is extremely helpful in Fabled's as you rarely have any backrow clogging the field and can help stand of OTK's.
Spoiler:
Image
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster from your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can activate 1 of these effects.
● Target 1 monster on the field; banish that target face-up. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.
● During the Damage Step, if this attacking card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: It can make a second attack in a row.

Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning or BLS-EOTB for short is pretty much going to be the most powerful main decked monster if you run enough Dark's to support him, which is really easy considering that cards like Tour guide, Doppelwarrior, Junk Synchron and Gorz are all darks and the rest of the deck is light. So it's really easy to fulfill his summoning condtion.
VI. Engines
Spoiler:
The most basic Fabled Engine is:
3 Chawa
3 Krus
3 Grimro
3 Ganashia
2 Cerberrul
2 Kushano
2 Tour guide
Spoiler:
But this is extremely manipulative depending on how you're making the deck.

If you were to use a lot of lvl 3 non-tuners then something like this would be better:
3 Chawa
3 Cerburrel
2-3 Krus
3 Grimro
2 Kushano
2 Tour guide

With using a deck that has plenty of lvl 3 non-tuners consistently hitting the field this would definitely be a better option.
Spoiler:
This is what i would recommend if you wanted to consistently make lvl 4 Synchro's though there is 2 ways to do this engine:

3 Chawa
3 Gana
2-3 Nozoochee
3 Cerberrul
3 Grimro
3 Krus
2 Kushano
2 Tour guide

You can use 2-3 Lurrie aswell giving you access to lvl 4 with Kushano and Lurrie but it depends what your aiming for.
Spoiler:
The Rank 3 engine in Fabled is relatively small but is rather good as you really only loose 1 card from your hand:

3 Ganashia
1-2 Kushano
2 Tour guide

That's it for the Rank 3 engine, you just simply dump Gana for Kushano adding Kushano back to hand then Normal Summon Kushano and overlay into a rank 3.
Spoiler:
If just want beasts then something like this works well:

3 Chawa
3 Ganashia
2-3 Nozoochee
2-3 Cerburrel

Combining this engine in the right deck can give you access to cards that need Beast tuners and or non-tuners and still use the Fabled Synchro's.
Spoiler:
This is just a small engine that gives room for more backrow, good for control based builds:

3 Chawa
3 Gana
2 Krus
2 Kushano
3 Grimro
2 Tour guide
Spoiler:
1-2 Junk Synchron
2-3 Doppelwarrior
1 Reinforcement of the army

The junk doppel engine can work exceptionally well in Fabled's and should rarely ever be dead.
Basically it all depends on what your goal is to the Fabled's that you use in the deck.

VII. Ruling and Gameplay

Ruling
Spoiler:
Most Fabled's have mandatory effects that activate as soon as they hit the graveyard if they were "Discarded". As a Result they will never miss timing. "Discard" and "Send" are two completely different things and "Sending" doesn't activate the effects of Fabled monsters or the effects of cards that require to be "Discarded" in order to activate, so don't get them confused.

Also if they are successfully discarded to the grave then you will get the effect of the card even if it is later Removed from the grave before the effect can start resolving, required that the card can still resolve outside of the grave. So for example if i were to Discard Fabled Krus to the graveyard for a cost and my Opponent were to chain D.D. crow removing Fabled Krus from the grave I would still SS 1 lvl 4 or lower Fabled monster from my grave since it was still "Discarded" and it still activated.

Since most Fabled effects are mandatory and will not miss timing, they are also spell speed 1 meaning that each and every Fabled activates on a separate chain. How ever due to SEGOC (Simultaneous Effects Go On the same Chain) if Multiple Fabled's are discarded at the same time they will form a chain and resolve backwards to how you discarded them, Remember this for when you use things like Card destruction.

Also "The Fabled" are treated as "Fabled" monsters.
Spoiler:
I've included a separate spoiler for Unicore simply because it can be a confusing card to use and to deal with.
Unicore's effect is "While you and your opponent have the same number of cards in hand, negate all Spell, Trap and Effect Monster effects activated by your opponent, and destroy that Spell/Trap/Monster." So lets start by breaking this down.

"While you and your opponent have the same number of cards in hand" Unicore is a continuous effect that applies under this condition, so if your opponents hand is 5 and yours is 4 and they were to activate a Trap or monster of a card that was allready on the field or a monster effect that can activate in the hand without going to 4 cards for a cost (discarding etc) then Unicore will not do anything to the card.

How ever if your opponent has 5 cards and you have 4 and they were to activate a Spell from the hand then on activation of that spell they have 4 and Unicore's condition is applicable thus negating the card and destroying it. In the case of costs, if the Opponents hand is the same size as your own after the cost is paid then Unicore will negate and destroy the card.

Being Continuous Unicore WILL NOT enter the chain, as a result it can negate Counter Traps such as Warning or Judgment except when being applied to it being summoned. Also being that Unicore NEVER activates and simply applies it CAN NOT be chained to. This also makes it quite possibly the only card in the entire game that can physically Negate Super Polymerization.

It wont hurt to read this aswell
Gameplay
Synchro Spam

Fabled's have a high SS capability making it extremely easy to fill the field up with Synchro's.

Control

The Fabled Unicore together with cards that can increase/decrease your hand instantly means you will have control over the entire game.

Chaos

Being a Light deck it is really easy to fit in some Dark monsters that help achieve the over all goal of the deck and allow you to use things like BLS and Chaos Sorc.

Though we are weak at first we become powerful together.
VIII. Decklists

Now onto the section im sure you have all been waiting for, the Decklists. For Side's I'm just going to post a Generic side first and then Deck lists, if they need a specific side or any changes i will make note of those changes or post a complete side for the decklist. Spoiler:
2 Cyber Dragon
2 Maxx "C"
2 Snowman Eater
1 Chain Disappearance
2 Imperial Iron Wall
2 Royal Decree
2 Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror
1 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon
1 Overworked
Spoiler:
This is probably the deck i hand out most to people interested in Fabled's as it goes through pretty much all of the basic combo's in the deck and then you can edit it how ever you see fit.

Monster: 26
3 Chawa
3 Grimro
3 Krus
3 Ganashia
3 Cerburrel
2 Kushano
2 Junk Synchron
2 Doppelwarrior

1 Formula Synchron
1 Gaia
1 Scrap Dragon
1 Shooting Star Dragon
1 Stardust Dragon
1 T.G. Hyper Librarian
1 The Fabled Unicore
1 Leviair the Sea Dragon
1 Leviathan Dragon

In this build you should probably side MST's since none are in the main.
Spoiler:
This is probably the deck that im going to use for march Format.
Monster: 27

3 Chawa
3 Krus
3 Grimro
3 Ganashia
2 Cerburrel
2 Kushano
2 Tour guide

1 Stardust
1 Hyper Lib
1 The Fabled Unicore
1 Leviair
1 Leviathan dragon
1 Zenmaines
Spoiler:
Fabled's and Dragunity work so well together even though the only discard outlet is the field spell.

Monster: 15
3 Dux
2 Legionnaire
2 Aklys
3 Phalanx
3 Cerburrel
2 Ganashia

Spell: 19
3 Cards of consonance
3 Dragon Ravine
3 MST
3 Terraforming
2 Duality
1 Avarice
1 Monster Reborn
1 Dark Hole
1 Heavy Storm
1 Foolish Burial

Trap: 6
2 Bottomless Trap Hole
1 Icarus Attack
1 Judgment
1 Warning
1 Torrential Tribute

Extra: 15
1 AOJ catastor
1 Black Rose Dragon
3 Dragunity Knight Vajrayana
1 Gaia
1 Mist Wurm
1 Scrap Dragon
2 Stardust Dragon
1 T.G. Hyper Librarian
1 Though Ruler Archfiend
1 Trident Dragion
1 Leviathan Dragon
1 Zenmaines

The best combo in this is with aklys and Phalanx in grave with Cerburrel in hand and Field spell up. Dump Cerb to search Dux, SS cerb, Normal dux, Dux grab Phalanx, Phalanx SS itself synch for Vajrayana, equip Aklys, send aklys to grave for Vajrayana's second effect, Aklys pop's a card, atk for 3800 with Vajrayana and finish it off by synching cerb and Vajrayana for Stardust or random lvl 8 synchro. Ganashia allows for an instant 9* synchro with dux and phalanx or to go for 8 with Legionnaire and Phalanx.

For the side probably go Veiler > Maxx "C" and Icarus Attack > Chain Dis
Spoiler:
So this is more experimental then anything and it does work but it is somewhat inconsistent. It's more of an all or nothing deck then anything.

Monster: 27
3 Chawa
3 Krus
3 Grimro
3 Ganashia
3 Cerburrel
2 Kushano
2 Tour guide
2 Guardian of Order
2 Veiler/Maxx "C"
1 Gorz
1 BLS-EOTB
1 Honest
1 Night Assailant

Spell: 8
1 Card Destruction
1 Monster Reborn
1 Magical Stone Excavation
1 Dark Hole
1 Heavy Storm
1 Avarice
2 MST

Trap: 5
2 CoTH
3 Reckless Greed

Extra: 15
1 Catastor
1 Black Rose Dragon
2 Fabled Leviathan
2 Fabled Ragin
1 Gaia Knight
2 Scrap Dragon
1 Stardust
1 Hyper Lib
1 The Fabled Unicore
1 Leviair
1 Leviathan dragon
1 Zenmaines

So this has a semi loop in it. Goes something like:
Field = T.G. Hyper lib and 2 Fabled's preferably Cerburrel and chawa with set call's or atleast 1 set or a monster reborn in hand.
So since you have 2 Lights SS guardian from your hand Synch into Leviathan, Draw 1, if u have a Kushano in grave then dump Krus from hand SS Grimro from grave synch into a 5, Draw 1, then normal Kushano and synch into Scrap Dragon, Draw 1.

Part 2.
Scrap Dragon pops Leviathan and opp's card, Leviathan adds three Fabled's to hand, (Chawa, Krus and Cerb), Chawa eff dump Cerb SS both Cerb+Scrap into second Leviathan draw again. Bythis point you should hopefully have a Grimro and or Chawa/Krus in hand apart from the ones you added with Leviathan so 2 Krus and 2 chawa is good. But 2 Krus 1 chawa works if you have 2 Kushano in grave. Basically go Chawa dump Krus into grimro make 5, Draw 1, if 2 Kushano in grave then Krus dump for Kushano and SS second Kushano synch for second Scrap Dragon, Draw 1. Scrap pops Leviathan and opp's card, Leviathan adds a Leviathan to the extra deck and 2 Fabled's to hand (cerb and grimro/Chawa and cerb). SS Cerb by any means and make Leviathan again, Draw 1. Now just keep bringing Scrap dragon back to the field with Call's/Reborn/Avarice etc and continue to pop Leviathan, then proceed to OTK.
Spoiler:
To be Honest i have never really focused on a Unicore control build, but this is what i have.

Monster: 24
3 Chawa
3 Ganashia
3 Grimro
2 Krus
2 Lurrie
2 Kushano
2 Veiler
2 Tour guide
2 Thunder King
1 Gorz
1 Honest
1 Maxx "C"

Spell: 6
2 MST
1 Dark Hole
1 Heavy Storm
1 Mind Control
1 Avarice

Trap: 10
3 Reckless
3 Jar of Greed
2 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast
1 Judgment
1 Warning

Extra: 15
1 Catastor
1 Black Rose Dragon
1 Ancient Sacred Wyvern
2 Fabled Ragin
1 Gaia Knight
1 Scrap Dragon
1 Stardust
1 Hyper Lib
2 The Fabled Unicore
1 Leviair
1 Leviathan dragon
1 Zenmaines

So the idea is to manipulate your hand to match your opponents and negate everything with Unicore.
Spoiler:
When i combined Fabled and Dark world I decided to mostly just use the Dark world's as a Draw Engine and add Dark for Chaos support.

Monster: 23
3 Chawa
3 Ganashia
3 Grimro
2 Krus
2 Kushano
2 Tour guide
3 Broww, Huntsman of Darkworld
3 Snoww, Unlight of Dark World
1 BLS-EOTB
1 Chaos Sorcerer

Spell: 14
3 Dark World Dealings
3 The Gates of Dark World
2 MST
1 Allure of Darkness
1 Monster Reborn
1 Avarice
1 Dark Hole
1 Card Destruction
1 Heavy Storm

Trap: 3
3 Reckless Greed

Extra: 15
1 Catastor
1 Armory Arm
1 Ancient Sacred Wyvern
1 Black Rose Dragon
2 Fabled Ragin
1 Gaia Knight
1 Scrap Dragon
1 Stardust
1 Hyper Lib
1 The Fabled Unicore
2 Leviair
1 Leviathan dragon
1 Zenmaines

So like i said the Dark World's are acting more as a Draw engine then anything. For the side in this there are a few things you could do, for example it is possible to Side into full Dark World or just Side into Grapha and side in a Foolish and skill Drains siding out Chaos Sorc and some Fabled's but giving you the advantage of having a Grapha.
Spoiler:
No I'm not kidding, the deck meshes surprisingly well.

Monster: 27
3 Chawa
3 Ganashia
3 Grimro
2 Krus
2 Kushano
2 Tour guide
1 Night Assailant
3 Swap Frog
2 Treeborn Frog
3 Caius the Shadow Monarch
1 Gorz
1 BLS-EOTB

Spell: 13
3 MST
3 Enemy Controller
2 Creature Swap
1 Foolish Burial
1 Avarice
1 Reborn
1 Dark Hole
1 Heavy Storm

Extra: 15
1 Catastor
1 Black Rose Dragon
1 Armory Arm
1 Formula Synchron
2 Fabled Ragin
1 Gaia Knight
1 Scrap Dragon
1 Stardust
1 Hyper Lib
1 The Fabled Unicore
1 Gachi Gachi Gantetsu
1 Leviair
1 Leviathan dragon
1 Zenmaines
I have a lot more builds but well, it would take too long to put them all up so this will do for now.
Also i Don't actually have a Ragin Turbo build, I have never had or made or used a Ragin Turbo Fabled Deck. In my opinion it is the most inconsistent and risky deck available for Fabled's and there are far too many ways to counter the deck. This is my opinion on it, how ever, if someone wishes to post a Ragin Turbo deck i will gladly add it to the list of Decks.

IX. Conclusion

Fabled's are a explosive deck, they do alot in one turn and can be inconsistent at times. Yet they are flexible and can merge with many decks and be used in many different ways. The shenanigans and Tricks Fabled's can employ is their strength. Fabled's are a fun Archetype and i hope you enjoy using them as much as i do.

That's all for now, I hope you enjoyed my guide. Happy Deck-Building

I'm still sort of working on it, but at the moment the loop itself is somewhat inconsistent how ever, the deck can OTK hard and rather easy without it. The loop is just more fun to do.

You should test a few variants on something like Dueling Network or DevPro first to get a feel for the decks and see what ones you like.
