Welcome aboard arkain our clan is now complete and legal!

Now to decide ranks. I was thinking we could have a mini play off to decide initial positions. I was thinking you each play 3 sets against each other (using our types ofc) and the person with most set wins is ranked highest and so on.

Then ill decide some method to progress ranks etc.

What do you think?
I am down for this. As long as its TCG legal.

Alright

For our In-house clan war the rules are as follows:

1. Decks must be TCG legal.
2. Decks must follow the type restriction for our clan.
3. The tournament is round robin style but each of you will play the other 3 times.
4. You must use a different deck in each match.

So the match list is as follows
Match 1: windsofthepast vs Breese97

Match 2: windsofthepast vs Breese97

Match 3: windsofthepast vs Breese97

Match 4: windsofthepast vs Arkain07

Match 5: windsofthepast vs Arkain07

Match 6: windsofthepast vs Arkain07

Match 7: Arkain07 vs Breese97

Match 8: Arkain07 vs Breese97

Match 9: Arkain07 vs Breese97
The duelist with the most match wins after this will be placed as a General. The duelist with the least wins will be placed as a Soldier. The remaining competitor will be a lieutenant.

You may start whenever.

I will also update the op with how to progress up the ladder.
moonsaber wrote:
Spoiler:
- In order to move up a rank you must challenge a duelist of one higher rank (so if you are a soldier you can challenge a lieutenant but not a General etc).
- If you can defeat them in 2/3 Matches (not singles) then you will switch places with them.
- After an unsuccessful challenge attempt you cannot challenge another member for 1 week.
- You must accept a challenge but you do not have to play immediately, a convenient time should be scheduled with the challenger. You also do not have to complete all the matches at once.
- You cannot challenge the leader (although I may change this later on depending on how the clan progresses, but for now that is how it is.
Any comments or complaints?

Seems fun and sounds fair enough. so 3 different decks. tcg leagal and can challenge at any time. 2/3 per deck sounds simple enough.

I won't be able to do anything until the weekend. University network doesn't support DN without D/Cing.
My thoughts on Pendulum Summoning: "Somebody played a card game and then boom! End of the world. It totally happened, just like I said; just card game -- boom! Everyone dead."

That's fine, no rush.

Well i didn't expect you to play a different deck each time but that sounds like a fun idea, let's do that. Each match you must use a different deck type.

Is everyone cool with that?

I'm still somewhere around 3 or 4 formats behind, lol, so I guess I still have a lot of cards to look at.
