The person who drew Exodia first would win.

The one his opponent is using is a royal magical library draw engine, a deck you once told me I SHOULD make into exodia.
As for him, well, I have no idea.

Now that I've taken a second look, it looks like he's running a Yugi-themed deck. Dark Magician, Gaia the Fierce Knight, Exodia, all of Yugi's cards.

The turn player would win if you both draw exodia at the same time

No.
sgtc1 wrote:yea... priority would be the technical term here.
So much no.

That is like saying the turn player would win if both players lifepoints go to zero at the same time. It would be a draw.

For example, if one day of peace is activated, and both players draw exodia with that one card, it is a tie.

Jhonny, you are quite wrong here.

According to the rules, if a turn player activated a card effect which includes a simultaneous action such as "One Day of Peace", where both players must draw a card, then the turn player draws first. Let's say each player has 4 pieces of Exodia in their hand, and each player has the last piece of Exodia on top of their deck. The turn player draws from One Day of Peace. Since they contain all 5 pieces of Exodia, they automatically win, before their opponent can draw their last piece.

That doesnt seem right to me.

"If both players draw all five pieces of "Exodia the Forbidden One" from the effect of "Morphing Jar", then the Duel ends in a DRAW.[5]"

that is a ruling from wikipedia, I dont see why if you draw from morphing jar it would be a draw, but if it is from a spell it would not be.

Morphing jar says both players... draw 5 cards, while One Day of Peace says each player draws 1 card. I dont see what the difference is. Until Einstein posts on here, I maintain my position
