Guys me and Stranger are working on the moderator changes but it isn't looking like it will come. Please make a new thread for your cards and all comments made, and we still need more cards.

OK we he have most cards in their own thread per person. Once you have 2 approvals me or Stranger will tell you to move them to the testing thread. Get your cards into a thread with [your name] Rise of the Phoenix as the title.
We need alot more cards guys and gals.

Things like this are interesting but im also worried that this might divide forum to good players and bad players. I mean super-bad players cant contribute anything to this project. Most of the post already are about this.....

Anyone can try to contribute, it just takes a little time. Getting people to vote for your set is simple enough, just put some thought into the cards your trying to introduce, make sure it isn't OP or terribly worded.

It actually has very little to do with how good you are. You need to understand the intricacies of the game, but it has a lot more to do with creativity than anything else.
Although there's probably not going to be a divide either way.

One more question: is it a bad thing if my cards are a bit like some irl cards? I tried to come up with a new way of summoning
but it seems difficult.

*looks at his Skull Servants that he copied over from real game*
*Looks at the 5 or so Monster reborns, with the same (yet different) name*
*Looks at Allure of Darkness*

I think it was said somewhere, but old favorites or new OP cards are not allowed. But if a card isn't broken, it should be fine (may need tweaks).

Good luck with the new form of summoning, we have special summoning from everywhere (except field spell zone), Xyz, Synchro, Fusion, Contact Fusion, Normal Summon, Tribute Summon, Set, and Flip Summon.

Do we need anything else?

I would -really- rather you post this stuff in the FAQ or the rules threads instead of in this old discussion thread I wish I could lock.
That goes for everyone else, too.
