I think we established that Mud is Earth and Water, so you can probably take that off.

Earthen Protector is kinda.. turtle-y. If you only have Earth/Water monsters, no attacks can be made.
For Dirty Old Man, you should probably make it so that he can't tribute himself.

Thx Phazed I forgot a word and made it insane. Its fixed.
As far as the Mud and stating in the cards, I really didn't want anyone confused at any part.
Fixed Dirty Old Man also

I have updated the op with everything including who has given approval. As you can see I need more approvals or they all die out.

Spoiler:
Deep Dragon
Mud
Level 8
Att 2800/def 2500
Dragon/effect
This monster can only be summoned by its own effect. Banish 2 Earth and 2 Water monsters from your graveyard to special summon this monster. Once per turn when an Earth or Water monster goes to the graveyard from the field place one Deep Dragon token (Earth/Water, level 4, Rock Type, attack 1500/defense 1500 level 4) on the field. Once ower turn you can tribute a Deep Dragon token to have this monster attack twice. If this card is destroyed by spell or trap cards you can banish from field or grave 1 Earth and 1 Water monster to negate the destruction. When this monster attacks directly inflict half damage.

Iced Automaton
Mud
Att 2500/def 2500
Aqua/effect
This monster can only be summoned by its own effect. Banish 1 Earth and 1 Water monster from your graveyard to special summon this card. Once per turn you can use one of the following effects:
• Banish one Earth monster from your grave to special summon an Earth monster from your deck one or more levels lower than the banished monster.
• Banish one Water monster from your grave, select one spell or trap on the field and add it to the top of its owners deck.

With Deep Dragon's wording, you would have an endless supply of tokens.

Earth/Water monster leaves the field
Special Summon token
Tribute token for effect
Special Summon token
Tribute token for effect next turn
Special Summon token
etc.

I'd make it either once per turn, or "Each time an Earth or Water monster is sent to the Graveyard" because tokens aren't sent to the graveyard.

Automaton is fine. The Water effect is kind of meh, though.

Changed to when they go from field to graveyard.
What way would you change the Water effect?

Why don't you just make it the same as the Earth one but with Water instead?

Bah, didn't see this before, but it's probably better if you put the attribute as literally earth/water for confusion's sake.
