I think the idea of a Dispute Council is pretty much covered by the Clan Wars Council.
I mean if people liked it, I could see a Dispute Council getting formed, but what would become of the Clan Wars Council then?

It's for a completely different set of problems? The Dispute council resolves disputes about match disconnects. The clan wars council makes decisions on rules for the wars.

I agree with moonsaber. A dispute council is needed. Also may I say we've been taking this types thing way to seriously. It should be up to clan leaders to decide limitations like that not encoding it into the general rules. That way there is less work for the commisioner and the disputes council.

Also great Title Stardust :D

If you are referring to my comments then just let us be rational duelist and talk it out. If you take away choices I'm done.

Like I said before, if one of the newer clans wants beast-warriors all they have to do is ask. If they want fiends, just ask. If they want spellcasters they know where my clan is.

On people changing clans: you really didn't need so much emphasis on joining a clan your old clan is at war with. I much prefer if you are changing clans you must finish your obligation to your old clan and still finish the war, and if you change clans you can not join a preexisting war.

Disconnect: should have an option stating if disconnect happens then they can petition for a rematch or just forfeit.

Those are the only problems I have seen.

Should we start a disputes board then?

I agree as well.
I think the disputes board should involve every clan leader.
Whenever 2 of the clans have a disconnect issue, their leaders are exempt from the dispute board meeting, and the other leaders put what will happen next to a vote.

I agree with this.

Also I vouch after tomorrow, I will become active on this topic again. This place needs a swift kick to get it in gear and gain more interest. As soon as tomorrow is over, someone needs to put on their boots and it ain't puss 'n' boots.

You're right Draco. I'm waiting for everyone to have a say in what they think we should do, then we can get these wars going again.
The last thing I want to see is everyone's loss in interest.
I highly suggest everyone who has not joined in on the vote and is active in the clan wars to vote. I want to hear what you have to say.
The system cannot be perfect, but if we have more people giving their ideas to the wars, then it would surly help us out.
